First Columbia Bank, Benton, PA
After a flood in the town of Benton, PA, First Columbia Bank needed to make repairs to the damaged space with a branded interior, carrying out the design of their Bloomsburg branch for brand consistency. Brand identity is highlighted through the blue ceiling feature and decorative lighting. A new feature wall with a digital screen displays marketing promotions and shares the bank’s community outreach efforts with customers. Community engagement is a strong driving factor behind this project through the implementation of local images in the environmental graphics and a mural with historic Benton landmarks painted by a local illustrator. Informal waiting areas and reduced oversized teller lines creates a more open space more conducive to casual interactions.
