Mulberry 426 Loft Apartments, Scranton, PA

Located in downtown Scranton, 426 Mulberry is a renovation of the historic art deco building that once housed the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce.  The restored 20th century building includes 39 apartments, in addition to retail space on the ground level. DxDempsey was commissioned to design the interiors of the building.  Finish selections in the units and common spaces include: granite counter tops, hardwood flooring, and other modern touches.Historic features of the building, such as bookcases, fireplaces, and balconies remain, adding special character and making each unit unique.
