The Boathouse, Harvey’s Lake, PA

Located on Harvey’s Lake, Schwartz Boat House seemingly levitates over the water as it delicately touches the earth.  A modest 700 square feet fits all of the daily function of a modern home while taking full advantage of the splendor that is just beyond its doors. A deft hand was used when designing the interior of the home so as not to detract from the beautiful view outside. A view which is exhibited through a glassy façade located in the great room of the house. This wall of windows integrates the interior living to the exterior, boasting an expansive deck, which has the ability to adapt to the client’s needs to suit the occasion.
